Great location for Llanbedrog beach, shop and pub.. Accommodation a little tired as others have said but functional and a great base. Our girls enjoyed the wild rabbits in the garden!

The place is a great location and it was clean.. However I would like to suggest a few things that need to be improved:- Wallpaper hanging off the ceiling in the hallway not good Bath panel broken Beds too soft and one slopes so not the best nights sleep. Overall I think the place needs updating quite a lot as I imagine when it was first done it was lovely and you could freshen it up to make it lovely again. I do not believe it was worth the money we paid but that was due to peak season, you could get a lot better accommodation for that price in the same area. Overall though we had a lovely time, it is a great base, the owner was lovely, balcony view lovely, just decorate it again, replace the mattresses, and get rid of musty smell and it would be perfect.

Great cottage in a lovely location.. Everything we needed was there. The views from the cottage are fantastic, the photos really don't do it justice. It's definitely somewhere we'd come back to again.

Stunning views from the living area.. The upside down accommodation works well. Easy walk to the beach and with a pub and shop in the village it is ideal. Lovely cafe in the art gallery.

Lovely house with fabulous views .. Clean and tidy and prosecco on arrival. Furniture and fittings a bit dated now. Bed coverings dated . Bathroom hot tap not working so couldn’t run a bath. No outside light. No mirrors in second two bedrooms. Although lovely house and views fantastic - overall needs improving

This is our fourth, and most likely our last visit.. ..as still, things have not been addressed, that have been brought to your attention on previous feed backs....always a fantastic panoramic view!..but should we really have to take our own pans for cooking?..table mats

Location, view, comfortable lounge and terrace.. Very nice place to spend weekend with family. All facilities except we couldnt get the stove on top of oven to come on. And no hairdryer provided, didn't think of bringing one.

Our second visit to this lovely cottage,12 months on and a number of items still not addressed.. ...think the vendor could do with a week or so there to realise its failings..Its still a lovely cottage,in a beautiful location, with fantastic views..

Lovely house which we have stayed in before.. Very clean and superb views with comfortable beds and good quality towels . Very spacious with balcony. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be an outside security light. I walk late with the dogs alone and it’s extremely dark .

Would be good to clarify where exactly cars are supposed to be parked.. On arrival parking was at a premium especially as we had 2 cars & several other properties were occupied.

Firstly I would like to say how lovely Claire the owner of the property is, very helpful! The cottage itself is bright and airy with lovely views of the sea, even though we had little sun I still sat out with my coffee in the morning to take in the views. The property is clean and very homely ,fantastic for an evening in after a long day of coastal walks. The local village is very picturesque and a pleasure to walk through down to the sandy beach or up the mountain to a sculpture overlooking the sea. The village also has a nice local pub and is only 3 miles from the centre of Abersoch. I loved our few days again so much that I have just re booked for the Easter holidays!

We had a lovely time and the property was in a lovely location, with beautiful views.. The property itself was clean but I am disappointed to have to report some negatives. There were 4 of us and we had expected to have 2 bathrooms, but the shower in the en-suite was not working The owner said that someone should have been to fix it on Friday morning but they should really have checked that it had happened. There were no basic products on arrival i.e. toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea-towel, just basic cleaning products in general. If we had been informed that they would not be provided then we would have ensured we took them with us. I have not stayed at a property, as yet, where these were not provided on arrival, most owners have even provided a welcome pack. The bin top was also broken. I just think it is the attention to detail that makes the difference and feel it necessary to report it.

It's a lovely, modern upside down house with a large balcony with tremendous views.. I love the layout, had a slight problem with the washing machine but the owner went out of her way to get it sorted asap. Relaxing break, very peaceful. There's a good range of dishes, cutlery, pans. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loved sitting on the veranda looking over the sea.. Everything you needed was in the house.Only thing was we had to carry the dog up and down the stairs and put him on a lead to go in garden.Had a great hol and beach a was lovely.

Superb upside down cottage with lovely sea views.. Only downside was the 'enclosed' garden which isn't actually enclosed and we couldn't really let the dogs out unless they were on leads. If it was enclosed it would be perfect.

We had a lovely holiday. The view from the balcony was superb and the proximity to the beach and local shop was very convenient. It was a comfortable place to stay, generally well maintained and equipped with a good supply of soft towels and bedding.

The accommodation was lovely, very easy to locate and in a superb spot. The views from the balcony across sea were second to none and just a five minute walk to the beach. The accommodation was clean and the whole feel of the house was very homely. The wifi, Sky TV was great, the bathrooms were very clean and the whole of the kitchen area was very well equipped. I have to say, we had a lovely stay at the house and would more than recommend this to all. The owners were extremely accommodating and appeared to have everything covered, including the welfare of our dogs! A super super stay here!

We liked everything and we all really felt at home. We have spent many years visiting this location and the accommodation was in a fantastic location. I highly recommend staying here. It was homely and had everything you needed. The views were fantastic. We are looking to booking again next year.

The location is fantastic for families, the beach is beautiful and within walking distance to the cottage. The shop and pub are also within walking distance. The best food served by far, at the Gallery cafe in the art gallery. The cottage was well equipped, the owner has made sure all the home comforts are there which makes a week long stay enjoyable. We were most impressed by the little details that they had thought about e.g. baby monitors, baby hooded towels and bed guards- we felt very welcome. Also wi-fi and sky plus are an absolute bonus as we have young children and our evenings were spent in the cottage. We look forward to returning!

The cottage is in such a brilliant location, it is close to towns in both directions and in a lovely village really close to the beach. The views from the balcony are superb and it is a really relaxing spot. It is an ideal base to explore the Lleyn Penisula. The cottage was nicely furnished and there was everything we could need. The owner was really helpful and very nice when we dealt with her. We had such an amazing stay and would love to come back.
