There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. To the outside is a small rear garden with seating. 160 Pakefield Street is a lovely little base from which to explore this wonderful, coastal area of Suffolk.
Area Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, harbour and the beach huts which line the seafront.

Small rear garden with seating. Roadside parking on first come first served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs up to the bedrooms.
