There was supposed to be Wi-fi (which was important to us as we were holidaying with another family who were staying at another site, as there is no phone signal we booked a place with Wi-fi so we could WhatsApp to arrange plans).. When we arrived on the Friday we realised the Wi-fi didn’t work. I rang Flint management out of hours number and they said Wi-fi wasn’t provided and to contact Sykes. I contacted Sykes (reference number COR-101081-CF) who said Wi-fi is provided and they would contact someone to sort. I was told on the Saturday 6th April that someone would ring me but no one did. I tried again later on Saturday (I had to go off site as no phone signal on site), and was told system was down and to ring another number). I rang this number but got no answer and no one rang me as they were supposed to. In the end it was ruining our holiday having to keep phoning so we left it and decided to address it after holiday.
We would appreciate a phone call or email please to discuss what went wrong, if there should have been Wi-fi and compensation.
