13 Eagle Parade is a lovely third floor apartment in the town of Buxton just seven miles from Tideswell in the Peak District. The apartment can sleep four people in two double bedrooms together with family bathroom. Also in the apartment is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking (free off road parking is not available between Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:30 and ANPR regularly monitor the car park and will issue tickets to those parked within these times).13 Eagle Parade is a stunning apartment in an ideal location for touring the Peak District.

All third floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x 4ft double. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Area
It was the constant 28 degrees centigrade of the bubbling blue waters of Buxton's eight thermal springs that originally attracted the Romans to the town. However it was during the 18th and 19th centuries, under the patronage of successive Dukes of Devonshire, that the Palladian splendour of the Buxton of today was designed and built - including the magnificent semi-circular Crescent, The Great Stable, Hall Bank, The Square, The Pavilion Gardens and The Opera House.

I don't normally write reviews as the wife takes charge but thought this needed my full attention. We stayed here in September 21 and I have to say what a gem, it was an immaculate well thought out apartment with everything to feel like a home from home. Being in the centre of Buxton and all the amenities was great as everything is close by and nicely placed to be able to explore the the surrounding area with Manchester only a short drive away.

Beautiful, clean, modern, spacious apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the Peak District.. Buxton is lovely and the apartment is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic place to stay would highly recommend!

Very good apartment clean, comfortable, plenty of room just a couple of pointers.. Being in the town if you like your windows open like we do on the evening it does get quite noisy due to traffic and people leaving pubs. Just a minor thing the lounge television did not work and no can opener.

The apartment is right in the centre of Buxton. It is very modern inside, extremely well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The major downside was the noise from outside that went on till gone 4 in the morning, we all had an awful nights sleep, which was a real shame. Would not return because of this.

The apartment was lovely and well kept.. The front door to the building was smashed and repair was taking place over our stay which would have been nice to know before hand. Some basic items from the kitchen were not provided which was a little dull. Oil, Salt and pepper and tea bags should be a standard. However it was appreciated that washing and dishwashing tablets were provided. The noise bleed from the pub and clubs in the area was particularly bad over the weekend. There were some other people staying in our building who lost their key and were apparently told to buzz the other flats in order to get in. We are not sure if these are flats operated by you, but it was frustrating as they buzzed at 1:30am at least 5 times before we finally let them in to stop them.

A lovely cottage, warm and well equipped.. Clean. Beds were divine. Right in the town centresp.easy access.to everywhere and good pubs less than 5 mins walk. Sainsburys is on your doorstep as well. The only down side is recieved a parking fine despite paying for a displaying a ticket as per the rules. I am challenging it but its slow and annoying. The daily parking rate was also a hindrance as you needed exact change every day. A parking permit would be a good thing for the owners to have.

Great position, modern and clean.. Nice touch to leave wine and chocolates. Some noise from late night revellers which may be a problem over the weekend for light sleepers.

The Apartment was great very central to the town warm and comfortable although noisy at the weekend .. Lovely comfortable beds nice bedding and towels. There wasn’t a cheese grater or a cloth for wiping the kitchen surfaces. All in all we had a nice restful time. Thank you.

Stayed here with elderly parents,for a family event. Easy access thanks to the platform lift. Well appointed rooms with great equipment. Let down slightly by the noise from the night clubs in the square.would recommend for a break in the sales.

I've just returned from a three night stay at Eagle Parade and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.. The apartment was clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. Upon arrival, there's a lovely welcome booklet which explains all you need to know about the apartment itself, as well as tips for local places to eat and visit. There was even complementary wine and chocolates waiting on the table, as well milk in the fridge. It seems a though the owners have gone out of their way to cover any needs a visitor might have and l was very impressed. The bed was probably one of the comfiest l have slept in and l was quite sorry to leave this place. The apartment is literally minutes away from all of Buxton's main attractions and the bus stop for Manchester, Bakewell, Marlock Bath and Ashbourne a stones throw away. A Sainsbury's local next door is helpful for stocking up on any essentials.

Just back from a three night stay at Eagle Parade and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The apartment was lovely- clean, very tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly need to make for a comfortable stay. The owners had gone out of their way to make the apartment welcoming and comfortable and there were even complimentary wine and chocolates, as well as a welcome booklet when l arrived. The apartment itself is a stones throw away from the bus stops to places such as Manchester, Bakewell and Matlock Bath, as well as being only minutes away from all of Buxton's main attractions. I was incredibly impressed with this place and would wholeheartedly recommend.

13 Eagle Parade is a tastefully decorated and comprehensively equipped apartment which provides a great base to explore the High Peak area.. We deliberately chose a town centre location to be near the various activities and amenities and this proved to be very convenient. The only downside is the level of background noise outside the building arising from visitor to the adjacent night spots and the through traffic, including heavy lorries. Both sources of noise could be heard in the early hours and this may be unsatisfactory for some holiday makers. The apartment is on the top floor with several flights of stairs to reach it. However, the lift provides a comfortable alternative, if a little quirky in operation. Overall our experience was excellent and enjoyable.

The bedroom TV kept switching on by it's self, did it randomly, and twice while we were sleeping.. There is a nightclub called The Vault about 100 yards from the accomodation, the noise of music and drunk people kept us awake on Friday and Saturday

Everthing, yes everything we enjoyed! The appartment is marvelous! High quality of funiture, kitchen bedrooms and Bathroom. We have been in so many places and cottages and always, without any exception they had terrible beds and sofa's. The surrouding is Great! ! But the best of all where the beds. I suver for many years a terrible back-and neckpain. And now for the first time in years I've slept without any pain at all! For me a real miracle!! I always take a special airbed with me That gives me the oppurtunity to sleep a little bite better with a bite less of pain. But now iI've tried your super bed first and this time I woke up, in the middle of the night, just because I wasn't feeling any pain. I was over the moon and so thankfull. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Tim, the Quality of the apartment is very high Standard. Everything is superb!!! And from minute one, it feld like home. Fabulous location.. Flat 13 was an ideal property for us. Everything we needed was provided. REALLY confortable beds, cosy living room, fab kitchen and bathroom. Everything decorated/equipped to a high standard. Didnt want to come home!
