There is a magnificent house bathroom on this top floor, with a roll top bath, wet room area, WC and hand wash basin, and fabulous views across to the harbour and Whitby Abbey. Outside With private parking for four cars, there is also a beautiful enclosed walled garden with a lawn and borders to the front with a terrace, complete with table and chairs, to sit and relax. The property also has a good size, paved courtyard to the rear - perfect for storing bikes - with potted plants and a bench.

Area
The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
