Second floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC, ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen and sitting room, with dining area at the back, large windows looking over the sea and a south facing balcony (please note that stairs are required to access these rooms and there is no toilet on this level - so may not be accessible for some disabilities). There is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days

This market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula offering a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina. As one of the most scenic regions of Wales, this town is appreciated for its scenery, coastal walks, beaches and golf courses. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for its beaches and watersports facilities. There is there is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days.
