We chose this property due to having non- ambulant people with us, and stated the bedroom and en-suite was on the lower floor.. The lower floor is actually a converted cellar downstairs which was no good to them, and had a strong smell of damp. So we struggled with toilet and wash facilities for the 2 x disabled in our group. The patio set was in poor condition and had slats missing, but saying that, we were out most days so didn't really have the need for using it. The 2 x settee of the 3 were uncomfortable and very low

Cottage was great, location ideal etc.. .. we did think that asking for an extra 150 security deposit was a bit much, it is already expensive. We would stay there again though & we really loved how well equipped the kitchen was, sometime you're scrabbling around for pans & pots but not here.
