10 Jubilee Court is a bright, modern apartment, situated on the second and third floor of a character building in a quiet setting in the village of Lynton, a mile from the coast at Lynmouth, and can sleep six people. There is a third floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a third floor double bedroom, a second floor twin bedroom, a second floor bathroom and a second floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car. 10 Jubilee Court is a lovely holiday base.

Area
Lynton and its twin Lynmouth are set within the Exmoor National Park in Devon and both offer shops and pubs. Wildlife is in abundance closeby and there are a number of activities including golf, horse riding, walking and surfing available. Attractions in the area include Exmoor Zoo, a cliff railway and the Owl and Halk Centre.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Great holiday in comfortable surroundings.. Very clean with quality fittings. Surprisingly spacious for a flat. Convenient location. Only 2 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Would book again. Facilities wise a microwave would be useful.

Carrying our luggage up to second floor was worth the climb for this lovely modern apartment.. The furniture was quality and the beds comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. There was plenty of hot water and it felt like home from home. It was well equipped with most things we needed, the only things that we would have found useful was some foil and a washing tablet for the machine. The Internet was fine for surfing, however we tried to watch live TV and the picture did break up at times.

This apartment, spread over the second and third floors of a renovated historic building, is modern, spacious, comfortable, and well appointed.. All the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard. We particularly liked the dining set, ceiling lights, upstairs shower, and granite-effect floors in both bathrooms. Although the flat can sleep six in three bedrooms, there were just two of us – my wife and I – and we still found the apartment reasonably priced and good value for money. Its location is ideal: in a quiet side street yet only three minutes' walk from the centre. It's also in the same street as the drop-in medical centre. It should be noted that, as there is no lift and the stairs are fairly steep, the flat is not suitable for the disabled or infirm. It was useful to have a dedicated parking space, as parking in Lynton is a problem. Our car did not move during the four-day break as Watersmeet, Lynmouth, the Valley of Rocks, and Hollerday Hill are all accessible on foot or via the wonderful, water-powered lift. The hilly little town is a pleasure to walk around with quirky, quality independent stores, loads of restaurants and tea shops, and very little tat. The views in all directions are outstanding. Lynmouth beach is rocky, but there is good swimming – at high tide only – from the shingly east beach. It's a five-minute walk after you cross the white bridge. There are just a couple of quibbles. We slept upstairs, but at 6' 3" I couldn't stand at the loo because of the sloping roof. (Downstairs loo is OK.) More annoying was trying to lock the door on leaving the flat. The lock is fiddly and temperamental – sometimes works first go, sometimes at the tenth attempt. (If it were my flat, I'd change it.) Overall, however, we had a highly enjoyable stay here. We can strongly recommend it and will certainly consider staying here again.

Me and 3 other friends went here for the weekend. Excellent location, great customer service by both the care takers (IM SO SORRY I HAVE FORGOT THEIR NAMES) who just live 5 mins way from the apartments which is super useful. They were so efficient and couldn't do enough to help us. The apartment was clean and tidy and we had cake waiting for us on arrival. The location for the apartment is perfect. You have allocated parking which is great and the ships are just 5 min walk away. Loved this place and I highly recommend it.

A wonderful few days, far too short, in a lovely apartment.. It had everything we needed and more - fresh milk in the fridge and a cake on the table when we arrived, warm as toast, lashings of hot water for baths after long walks, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and duvets, all sorts of cooking implements we didn't use, freezer, iron, washing machine - nothing was left to chance. The arrival instructions were excellent, the key easy to find and the apartment perfectly located a few streets from the centre of Lynton, almost opposite the Town Hall and the UK's 5th best independent cinema (go there if you can - great fun - 60 or so seats - all the latest films). We thought that everything would be closed out of season - we were wrong - life goes in in Lynton and very lovely it is too. As we travelled by train and bus, we explored the town, Lynmouth and the immediate area on foot - quite fabulous walking country, some terrifying cliff drops, other exhilarating coastal walks. The climb back up from Lynmouth nearly did for us though - it is steep! and the railway was closed for repair. People were very friendly - we had Sunday lunch in The Crown - lots of local residents there and all very welcoming. Nice pub - old fashioned with roaring fires and cosy seats. We also ate in The Nook - nice food and delightful waitress who had been spending the day repairing the stone walls of the zig zag path to Lynmouth. We used the local shops - two supermarkets and a deli - for everything we needed. Plus coffee, cakes, ice cream... in the town cafes. Jubilee Court was an ideal base for us - we will be back. And soon. Thank you to the owners - the best, most relaxed holiday I've ever had.

This apartment is located in the centre of Lynmouth and just a few minutes walk from local shops and lovely places to eat out.. It is very clean with everything provided for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

Myself and my two children have stayed here twice now (just after Easter 2016 and then again in August 2016) and we're coming again this year. Such a fantastic apartment in one of the loveliest parts of the UK. Both times we were welcomed with cake and tea + coffee on the table, ready to have hot water added. I just can't fault the place; clean, tidy and comfortable. The dedicated parking space is a definite bonus in a busy tourist location like Lynton and Lynmouth. Everything needed is within walking distance; restaurants, pubs, small supermarket etc., as well as the local sites and scenery. We didn't us the car apart from one day. All three of us agree that this has been our best holiday choice in the UK. We will keep coming here as it really feels like our holiday home.

Small point.. The ensuite shower only supplied enough hot water for 5 mins so the second person ended up with a cold shower.

Beautiful scenery in North Devon and the apartment was superbly appointed with thoughtful care for comfort. Also, it was spotless and immaculate throughout.
