We had a lovely family holiday at Seafield Steeet.. We have stayed here twice and found it a welcoming and comfortable house. The housekeeper Debbie was very helpful. Cullen has wonderful walks and a stunning beach. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the North East Falconry centre near Huntly and looking through the various antique and junk shops in Cullen itself.

This was an amazing house to stay in.. The housekeeper cleaned the house to a very high standard and was really helpful throughout the week. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some! It was such a lovely big house, we had space to relax even with 12 people staying. The games room is a great extra and the outside space is lovely. Cullen is a beautiful place with a gorgeous harbour. The Royal Oak provided a delicious meal and the fish and chips from Linda’s were excellent. We would love to stay again if the occasion arises.

We had a lovely holiday in this house.. It was very clean and very well equipped. The only downsides were only two toilets but we managed and knew that before we went. The other was the noise of the traffic during the night being on a main road. . It kept those in the bedrooms facing the main road awake at night. The listing in Sykes is out of date. There is now a lovely courtyard in the annexe. A real bonus. All in all a great house in a great location.

This property was absolutely lovely, and in such a great location.. It is located very close to the beach, and close to the shops. We will certainly be back, and I can’t recommend it enough for others to book.

Very pleased with everything about our stay.. Owner was accessible, house was clean and spacious. Another toilet wouldn't have gone amiss and the freezers needed defrosting but everything else was perfect. New outside area was ace especially because we had 2 wee dogs with us. Big boys enjoyed the pool room and was a good space to store the drink we had with us for Christmas. The small extra living area was fantastic. We had a lovely time.

What a lovely house and the extra touches were just amazing! I would book again for the welcome basket alone!!! We had our 2 very heavily pregnant friends with us and the facilities were great! Cullen itself is a great wee place also. We will be booking again and would be happy to bring the kids next time!!

Holiday home was lovely and Debbie the housekeeper was very helpful and available if needed.. .the welcome pack was a lovely touch and most welcome after the long drive..the kids loved the games room and there was ample space for every one..12 of us...only wee downside was the lack of a 3rd toilet and the stairs to the top floor were abit scary to navigate..but didnt put a dampner on our stay and would definatly return to such a lovely house in a beautiful location.

Our second visit to this house and every bit as successful as last year.. Excellent support from Debbie the Housekeeper before and during our visit. A problem with the washing machine was quickly addressed and repaired. The welcome pack is very generous and was great appreciated. The house is spacious and well equipped - the only piece of equipment that we missed from last year was a cafetière. A great house for family holidays in a beautiful part of Scotland. I strongly recommend this property.

House was very clean when we arrived, some supplies were already in the house such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs plus more. There was a nice surprise of an arrival gift basket with included prosecco, teabags, biscuits etc All of the rooms are of a decent size so you don't feel as though your tripping over each other, and the pool room is a massive plus point. The only obvious bad points would be only 2 toilets (obviously not a easy/cost effective fix) and the dishwasher didn't always clean the pots, probably due to not being installed properly. Define bargain for the price we paid, and would have no problem stopping here again/recommending to friends.

A superb location being so very close to the beach (it really is just a 5 min walk) and it is a fantastic beach to keep kids entertained as is sandy, but also rock pools and good pebbly area too - plus is very quiet even on a hot summers day as it’s so remote up there! Hours of entertainment there alone. (Bonus is the golf house on the beach, as has toilets and Sells drinks and food too). Great places to visit nearby - strathisla distillery in Keith was amazing for grown ups, Baxter’s in focahabers, Boyndie visitor centre (lovely food there - best Cullen Skink we had), Fyvie Castle (especially wonderful day there), Cullen Auld Kirk and a lovely walk up to the watchtower ruin overlooking Cullen bay. Fantastic ice cream shop in Cullen, best fish and chips were Portknockie. The house itself works well for so many people (6 adults and 6 children). Wish there were 3 toilets as I had thought (3rd bathroom is shower room only, no toilet on 2nd floor) but just 2 was an issue at times. House clean and The housekeeper and her mum and the owner were very helpful plus nice welcome pack on arrival. Shame the garden is inaccessible, as would have been good for the kids. A great week had by all though as Cullen is just so very lovely and we had great weather. Would love to stay again.

We had a fab weeks holiday in this well equipped house.. Plenty parking and lovely patio to sit in the sun. Situated a two minute walk from a swing park and stunning beach at the bottom of the hill it was ideal for the grand kids ( and big kids!) plenty space in the house for us all to spread out 10/10 well done! Must thank the housekeeper Debbie who went above n beyond to return the items we left behind too.

Great family holiday house which offers plenty of flexible space for families of all ages. Warm, cosy and well equipped, we had everything we needed and more! Cullen is a lovely, friendly fishing village with a range of unusual shops, cafes and is a super base to explore the Moray coast. It has a small well-stocked supermarket, a brilliant ice cream shop and a great fish and chip shop. Rockpool Cafe is worth a visit as it offers the local delicacy Cullen Skink, as well as a range of super cakes. The location is great for walks and exploring the many fishing villages along the coast. We would especially recommend walking across the viaduct in Cullen to Port Knockie and back along the coastal path, down Jennie’s steps, passed Jennie’s Well and back along the beautiful sandy Cullen Beach - 5 miles with beautiful views! We will return!

Great property for young and old, ideally situated for the shops, beach and golf-course.The added pool table room and table tennis table are great. The kids enjoyed their evening meal and then if they wanted to play they could do it in the hall ,watch a DVD in the TV room ,play ping pong etc the adults could enjoy conversation in the dining kitchen of living area.Nobody felt like they were in each others pockets as there was plenty of room.We enjoyed it so much we are back there in Oct 2016.
