A beautifully situated cottage. Well equipped with good quality appliances. Perfect spot for peace and quiet but only a short drive from town and coast.

Delightful, personal touches in the furnishing of this cottage. It is equipped with a good TV and Hi-Fi surround sound. There's complete quiet for a good night's sleep. The location is countryside, for immediate exercise, but it's only a short car journey to Aberaeron and the Welsh coast.

The property was very clean and well looked after. It had been excellently got ready for a new arrival, us. It's very rural, which we liked. As it was october when we stayed, it was quite cold at times, but the property was beautifully warm. All electricity was included in the rent, and bedlinen, which was lovely.

Two minor problems were, directions to proprty, post code gets within two miles, then.. ...good job we met the local Postman, needs signage. Also, the track up to the cottage is so rutted that my family car was bottoming, very dodgy.

We found the cottage relatively easy, longish lane so a nice distance from road.. On entering cottage we found it to be homely all we needed to have a relaxing stay.the kitchen was well equipped with all and more, than we needed.the bonus for us was a 5' bed with a good mattress.the outside had plenty of room and our little dog enjoyed running around.

Clean comfortable and well equipped.. The only downside was the rough ,narrow track leading to the cottage. This would not put us off booking this cottage again.Great garden area for the dog.Great conservatory.
